Calbank provides calorie, nutrition, meal logging, and coaching-style informational tools only.

Calbank is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions, especially if you have a medical condition, dietary restrictions, or are pregnant/nursing.

You may need an account to access features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your credentials secure.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, trial duration, and billing terms are shown at purchase.

• Payments are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play / other authorized processors.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
• You can manage/cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with the Service’s operation or security.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Upload malware or abuse automation/bots against the Service.

You may submit content such as profile details, meal logs, photos, and notes (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

Certain features may use AI or third-party APIs to analyze meal content and generate suggestions.

Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as medical guidance.

The Service, including software, branding, text, graphics, and design (excluding User Content), is owned by Company or licensors and protected by applicable IP laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Termination does not affect rights/obligations accrued before termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $50 IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
