Subscription Policy

Calbank Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription:

• Monthly — $9.99 per month
• Yearly — $29.99 per year

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by country and currency. The exact price, subscription length, and any free trial are always displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase. We may change prices for new billing periods; if the price of your existing subscription increases, you will be notified in accordance with App Store or Google Play rules and, where required, asked to consent before being charged the new price.

An active subscription unlocks full access to Calbank, including your personalized weekly calorie plan, AI photo meal analysis, meal and weight logging, and progress tracking. AI photo analysis is subject to a daily fair-use limit (currently 50 analyses per day) to prevent abuse; this limit is designed never to affect normal personal use.

The yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and the yearly price is charged. Free trials are available once per Apple ID or Google account; if you resubscribe after a previous subscription, no new trial is offered. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — we never see or store your payment card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your app store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the start of the new period.

Deleting the app or your Calbank account does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel through your app store:

iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Calbank → Cancel Subscription. (Or: App Store app → your profile → Subscriptions.)

Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Calbank → Cancel.

After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for (or until the trial ends). No further charges occur after that.

Because billing is handled by Apple and Google, refunds are granted at their discretion under their policies — we cannot issue App Store or Google Play refunds directly.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused features.

We may offer referral codes that grant free access to Calbank without a subscription. Promotional access is discretionary, may be time-limited, has no cash value, and may be revoked in cases of misuse.

We may modify, add, or remove features of the subscription, or discontinue plans, with reasonable notice where changes are material. If we discontinue the Service entirely, active subscribers will not be charged for renewals after the announced end date.
